I purchased a lil’orbits SG1200 last year to compliment my mobile espresso business. It is true that the donuts sell like… hot donuts. Additionally, the machine works great, when it works. Our machine is defective, only works when it is plugged into a generator, but not on the city power boxes we have to use when we are setting up in town at an event with a band, for example. An electrician looked at the machine, and told us that it is grounded incorrectly and is causing the GSI circuits to blow. Additionally, the invertor sold in a package with the product will not power the machine, though it will power anything else. The company refuses to stand by their product. If I had it to do over again, I would have never gotten involved with them.

I am considering buying a Lil Orbits donut maker for use in Hawaii - and I would love to hear more feedback. have others experienced problems with the machines? How about sales?
How about overall- how does the company support its machines, supplies, etc..?
Thank you for any input, positive or negative.
