Absolutely untrue, I knew a fabutan franchisee who was treated horribly through the head office and never recieved any of the so-called on going support. They’re out for your money and nothing else.

I feel you are wrong. I am a Fabutan Franchisee, and Fabutan is an amazing company to own, and I absolutely love it. It has to be successful there is 156 locations across Canada, and thousands of happy customers. Head office id filled with many wonderful and amazing people!

I always wondered if there was any negative information on the web about Fabutan, I’ve always tried to find it but to no avail.
I too am a franchisee Carolyn but too afraid to leave me name in case this ever came back to me. It’s probably the worst business venture out there unless you’re in Calgary. They continuallyt raise your operating costs including their newest money making scheme which is their own software called Fabware which is MANDATORY. They constantly threaten you with default letters when things are not done to their liking and yet there are other franchisees in your area getting away with murder. I’ve been in for a few years now and I would never recommend it to ANYONE and I wouldn’t do it again. If there was any way I could get out of my franchise agreement and disassociate myself from them I most certainly would!
And by the way, they certainl DO NOT help and support you! However, they do bully, threaten and lie. They’re driven good hard working franchisees out of business and then tried to take them to the cleaners. They’re awful people and unfortunately I’m stuck with them until my agreement is over, at which time I WILL NOT BE RENEWING!

Just want to point out.. a franchise has set standards that should remain the same all accross the board! If your getting default letters then your not doing it right.. and the Fabware thing.. clearly its mandatory, so all studio’s can connect with one another and be on the same page.. it is a way better set up and system than what they used to use.. too bad there isn’t a way to get out of your agreement. To know that there is a franchisee that feels that negatively towards the company they work for scares me to think what kind of poor service your clients are getting from un-motivated staff…

Was thinking about purchasing a franchise from another person, not so sure now with all the negative comments. Thanks for making me look a little deeper.
