FYI… I have eaten at many locations of Pollo Loco. The food is pretty much the same at all..Good ..What I have seen at many locations that bothers me, is the way the salsa bar gets cleaned. Often no gloves used by the employee while cleaning around the salsa bowls with or without cleaning solutions, often breaching the edge of containers with the soiled rag, leaving the top wet enough to ski on, and worst of all thumbs and fingers in the salsa bowl being handled with or without gloves after touching everything else. This is in places with “A” grade for cleanliness… Seriously, I have brought this to the attention of many employees and managers. I do not want to get sick. Your empolyees are cross contaminating. I am not paranoid, but I have gotten sick from eating out. thanks
