Our Crowning Touch Estate Shoppes can also buy or manage the sale of the household goods they don’t need any more. We provide rapid unpacking and resettling on moving day. We can even make the kitchen and bath completely functional in every aspect. We make the beds (not just assemble them), leaving our signature chocolates on the pillow. The clothes are hung in the closets and we even hook up the computers, TVs, stereos and lamps. If necessary, we’ll hang the picture frames, mirrors and shelves. Secure storage facilities and cleaning services after the move are also available.

Advantages of a Crowning Touch Franchise
No Previous Experience Necessary: Truck driving and moving experience is not necessary in order to start a Crowning Touch franchise. This is a people and relationships business. We manage our customer relationships to provide efficient and courteous turn-key moving services.
Low Start-Up Cost: Our franchise fee is $26,000 with a 6% royalty fee and a 1% national advertising fee. This includes hands-on training of all business management and moving operations. In addition, franchisees will need $25,000 to $75,000 for start-up equipment, trucks, packaging materials, a computer system and office supplies. In order to keep overhead to minimum, franchisees may begin working right out of their home, as zoning permits.
Immediate Cash Flow: Once an estimate is accepted and the move scheduled, you will take a deposit. When the move is completed, your clients will pay you in full immediately, so you literally take cash home on your very first move.
