You need approximately 30,000-45,000 square feet of land to build a 2700 square foot facility that will seat 70 persons. A drive-thru window and outdoor patio seating enhances your ability to service the customer. High traffic, retail areas with a good mix of commercial and residential population are the typical setting for a “Dairy Queen”/”Brazier” restaurant.
