a unique renewable TERM A seven-year term that automatically renews for 2 additional seven-year terms. It is your decision to renew and there are never any renewal fees.
low ROYALTIES Royalties are 5% of gross sales in the first 48 months of your initial franchise term and 3% for the remaining 36 months. At renewal, royalties drop to 3% of increased sales only (a monthly minimum charge applies).
