Any purchase of real estate would be an additional investment. As in any business system that is as widespread as Bennigan’s, the area, real estate lease values, size of the restaurants, leasehold improvements to an existing building, and other variables account for the varying range of investment.
Q: What personal financial resources are required? A: For domestic franchises within the U.S.: $3 million net worth & $750,000 liquidity. International development agreements require $5 million net worth & $1 million liquidity.
Q: Is Financing Available? A: Bennigan’s does not offer direct or indirect financing, nor does Bennigan’s guarantee your notes, leases or other obligations. Obtaining financing for your Bennigan’s restaurants is one of the steps that you will need to complete on your own.
