What is the profile of a CiCi’s Franchisee?

You must be a high-energy person who is motivated to serve others, communicates effectively, and has a successful track record in business and management at the level required to operate a high volume CiCi’s. Physically, you must be able to set the pace in a very fast moving environment and have the stamina to do so for very long periods of time.

How much does it cost to open a CiCi’s franchise? The average investment for opening a CiCi’s is $400,000. Of that amount, 30% must be in cash in order to qualify for a loan for the balance. CiCi’s does not provide financing directly, however we work with several lenders who provide loans for qualified candidates. These cost estimates are for a leased space between 4,000 and 4,500 square feet. Purchase of land and building is not included in these costs.

Corporate Office Support

Marketing CiCi’s provides extensive marketing support. Through contributions to a marketing fund, advertising is provided for every restaurant in every market. CiCi’s corporate marketing department assists and coordinates all marketing activities with our franchisees.

Construction CiCi’s VP of Construction will work with you to coordinate the design and construction of your restaurant to maintain consistency of appearance and the quality of materials. We’ll consult with you through the start-up work and obtaining building permits, and will make periodic site visits during the construction.

Distribution CiCi’s primary supplier, JMC Restaurant Distribution can serve virtually all of CiCi’s food, supplies and equipment needs. A single telephone call brings the food and supplies to your restaurant on a weekly basis.
