Extensive Training
Hands-on training is a key element in ensuring that a consistent, quality product is served throughout the system. We place an emphasis on correct food preparation procedures, customer service initiatives, register operations, financial reporting and local store marketing in the five and a half weeks of training provided to you. The 30 day in-store training takes place in an operating Cousins Subs restaurant, giving you actual “day-to- day” experience. Seminars and quarterly meetings are held to provide on-going instruction.

Each Cousins Subs restaurant is designed for maximum efficiency and customer comfort. The HEC (Highly Efficient Concept) restaurant combines sharp interior design with practical seating placement, front line space and operational efficiency.
The HEC restaurant is adaptable to various square footage requirements and can be developed in a strip mall, stand-alone location, or non-traditional venue. Cousins Subs’ experienced Project Supervisors along with proven contractors and architects, guide you through the construction phase.
