    I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this or not, but I wanted to tell folks about both some bad and some good experiences I’ve had with some websites selling vending machines.

    I ordered severeal vending machines nearly 5 months ago from a website that “looked” like a reputable company. I was wrong. When the days turned into weeks I couldn’t get calls answered and emails just went into cyber space. I still don’t have my money back or machines, but we’re working on it.

    On the other hand, I did my homework and recently purchased another vending machine from Global Vending. This guy was really good to work with. I didn’t have to call every week. He called me to give me status updates and to tell me when my machine was ready to be shipped. It’s been a pleasure working with them.

    The moral of the story is this: Just because a company has a nice website doesn’t mean they are a legitimate company! Buyer beware. Check references and always call the BBB!
