Susan Ellman and Ellen Davis began Incredibly Edible Delites, Inc. in 1984, as a cottage industry in their own kitchens. Quick acceptance and tremendous demand blew them out of their home kitchens into their present workshop location within the year. What started out as a great party idea quickly grew into a healthy, exciting, palate-pleasing alternative to sending flowers. An Incredibly Edible Delite can be found on desks, in hospital rooms or nurses stations, on conference tables or cocktail tables, “Delite”-ing and impressing.
