These people are complete con merchants. They took £500 from us and promised an immediate chase down (wasy they said) debt of £3000. 16 months later and they do reply to me. They are, in my experience, all about pocketing fees for nothing. Rip off, they should all be jailed.

Yes I have the same problem from these con men, I payed them £500 disbursement fee for a £2,500 debt over a year ago and they kept fobbing me off with excuses. They never answer their phone and now I have lost even more money which I cannot afford to lose. Can anybody offer any advice on what I should do next?

This firm went bust. All the creditors should have been informed anyway, the directors are supposedly under criminal prosecution so there may be some justice yet.

This company needs prosecuting….bunch of con artists, take the money and do nothing.
I represent a debt collection company, we are chasing them for £1000 returnable disbursement fee, having done nothing to retrieve over £5000 worth of debts…hope TS catches up with them
