    Why would I as a buyer put my home or assets to the seller. that tells me the seller does not believe the balance of the sale or assets is not worth what he has taken back in notes.
    Also where is the leverage for the buyer if something comes up that has been hidden in the financials. No way I would advise buyers to do that, makes no sense. Where am I wrong here?
