Hello!
I wanted to let you know how very happy I was over the past few years using an Executive Tan facility. I live in Shorewood, IL where there was an Executive Tan located only minutes away in Shorewood on route 59. However, all of a sudden it closed. Without any notification, it’s no longer open. I’m very frustrated since I had some minutes left and I had purchased 3 different types of lotions from there along with eye wear and a special cap I had bought from there as well, to wear to keep my hair from drying out. I left ALL of this on the premises which was very convenient. At the least I should of either received a phone call or a letter in the mail telling me this facility would be closing, I would of went in and picked up my stuff. I am so disappointed, the fact that they ignored there clients and stiffed us. I wanted to let you know how very unhappy.
