Usability is indeed the factor that helps in retaining the web users.How easy to navigate the site is? and how easily accessible the content is? influences a user’s decision.
I believe,like the writer,that a site which takes ages to download will easily frustrate the user.And he may never re-visit your site again.
Website owners,take care!Without your knowledge you may be loosing out your revenue to the competition.Keep a check on your web usabilty.
