As a purchasing power benefit to its franchisees, Pizza Inn also operates an extensive food and equipment purchasing and distribution division, Norco Restaurant Services, which provides our restaurants with approximately 80% of their food products and restaurant supplies, including Pizza Inn’s proprietary pizza sauce, dough and seasoning mixes, plus uniforms, smallwares and produce. Norco also sells value priced restaurant equipment and decor items to Pizza Inn franchisees.
