Trust is really the key to all business, unless you have something that everyone wants and is in short supply. I work for a company that sells cigars and cigar humidors. Cigars and humidors are very subjective. The cigar smoker’s taste vary and you learn to know what they like. When selling humidors I have noticed that the customers that trust you will actually let you select the humidors for them based on their particular taste. It is important that they believe in you and that requires trust, which you have to earn.
