Denver Post: “Small businesses could benefit from an extra $3 billion in loans this year under a bill President Bush is expected to sign as early as today. The U.S. Small Business Administration requested the money on top of its current $9.5 billion budget to guarantee 7(a) loans, which provide working capital to new and existing small businesses.”
