PosiGrip reduces the risk and danger of slips and falls, the resulting potential for injury, lawsuits, litigation costs, employee days lost, and fatal falls in bathrooms. PosiGrip can be used on almost all hard surfaces, such as ceramic tile, glazed brick, marble, polished stone, terrazzo, river rock, concrete, quarry tile, porcelain and enamel bathtubs & showers.

PosiGrip is not a coating that can wear off, but a process that creates a tread design on the mineral surface itself without losing the look or feel of your flooring or the comfort of bathing. PosiGrip will not discolor or change the look of your floor, tile, tub or shower. PosiGrip is quick (within 2 minutes) and easy to apply to your bathtub or shower. PosiGrip comes with a two-year warranty on your floors and PosiGrip is guaranteed for the life of your tub or shower.

The Americans with Disabilities Act provides that all businesses must maintain their floors in slip proof condition. Failure to comply results in HUGE fines, higher commercial insurance and Workman’s Compensation, plus needless human suffering. Businesses may be eligible for tax credits and tax deductions when PosiGrip is applied.

    Frank,

What has been your experience since pursuing this opportunity?

  • Frank on January 3rd, 2006 at 3:52 pm

I have not made the commitment as of today. (1/3/05) With further searching, I have found a number of other companies available. I have contacted all of them and I am still waiting on some to respond. I have a hard time spending money, so I take my time to act. (Burned too many times) Of all that have responded though, PosiGrip is still in the top two or three for my money.

    Frank,
Have you found another product that is not a topical application? That is all I have seen so far.

    Roy; Thanks a million!

Frank - i’m very curious to know what decision you made on this opportunity.

It does seem that this fellow ranting was a competitor of Posigrips, because hes also on the ripoff report. It seems that hes gone under the same name there and posted several complaints all in the same week back in 05′. I found that Posigrip is a worldwide company with many many references if you call and ask them. I also found that in the 15 years of business the only complaint that they have is from this one ficticious character. Too bad!

I had a long hard look at this type of product as there are several companies offering this type of service. I eventually went with Sure Step and am now operating very happily full time.

That said, the product is only as good as the person doing the application. I have seen many floors treated with Posigrip and they are everything they should be. The few Posigrip people I have met are polite and helpful, and I have a healthy regard for them.

If any of my staff were to ‘lay the crap down and get out of there’ I’d get rid of them asap. All they do is give the industry a bad name, which doesn’t help any of us.

Whoever you decide to go with, just remember that a positive attitude and a good work ethic go a long way to ensuring success. Sure Step, Posigrip and the others all work extremely well, but you will only get out what you are prepared to put in. Take the job seriously and you will find it to be a very satisfying career, and you’ll make good money.
