Thanks Best Buy, but good customer service is not calling at 9:45 PM to tell me that you don’t have the dryer portion of a matched washer and dryer set to deliver to me tomorrow that I ordered and paid for a month ago.
Nor, Home Depot, is it trying to sell me eighteen gallons of 20 year warrantied paint when I asked you to mix my colors in 12 year paint by telling me that “20 year” is just a brand name.

I purchased a roof from Home Depot at Home Services. Home Depot has now installed three roofs in 11 months and did over $1,000.00 in damage to my house. My ceiling was cracked on 3-29-06, today is 9-11-06 and it still is not fixed. I was told if the installers make any mistakes with my roof that GAF (the roofing manufacturer) would not approve the roof. When GAF came out to inspect the roof they approved it. I had my own professional roofer inspect it to find no roofing material between the shingles and wood deck. Why did they approve my roof? My last letter to the Branch Manager was sent on 8-1-06 and today is 9-11-06 and still have not got a reply. I was told that a Project Manager would take care of my roofing project and I would not have to do a thing. My Project Manager told me on two different dates that he had 120 projects and did not have time for me. I was to have a pre installation meeting with my Project Manager before the first roof was installed, I did not meet my Project Manager until after my second roof was installed.
