Startup Journal: “A Columbian woman who tried to smuggle a handgun into a Bogotá prison taught me everything I need to know about effective business writing. Oh, she got the gun in just fine. Her problem was getting it out. She was lucky, though; doctors were able to surgically remove it from her colon. Unfortunately, most of us are like this woman when we write — we bury our point so deeply that our readers have to do major surgery just to find it.”
