I think that blogs represent the decentralization or narrowcasting of information. It’s bad for big media, good for people who can capture an audience.
One of the smartest things Yahoo did was add RSS feed to MyYahoo.
Bloggers who get in their now and can capture market share could conceivably make full time incomes from PPC revenue alone.
But, like everything else, blogs must be keyword rich, generate lots of pages indexed by the search engines and market, market, market to build audience and then deliver the goods.
No wonder they’ve already termed the phrase blogger burnout. By the time you have a full time income you’re too scorched to write any more!

A lot of blog providers such as BlogEasy are making it even easier to monetize your blogs. You can just start your account and put in your Google Adsense ID and it just automatically starts serving your ads. Everything is hosted, formatted and provided for you. All you need to add is content and you have become a paid blogger instantly.
