This is the one of the best business blogs which is absolutely essential for all business people.
Though I would like some kind of guidance regarding making/finding new suppliers and then how to approach them.You seem to have lot of emphasis on customer service and so on but the very very first step i.e how to find sources, how to negotiate with them, how to make contracts etc are missing pieces. I have not been able to find these things on any blogs–HOPE you take up these.

It might be easier for you just to post all the links for the gmail accounts and let the readers sign themselves up. I go through about 12-18 a day and setting it up for every person would take too long, so I just post the link:
