Though I would like some kind of guidance regarding making/finding new suppliers and then how to approach them. You seem to have lot of emphasis on customer service and so on but the very very first step i.e how to find sources, how to negotiate with them, how to make contracts etc are missing pieces. I have not been able to find these things on any blogs — HOPE you take up these.
