I called Tuffys for an appointment for an oil change & asked how much for the better option. I was told $24.95 . When I got the bill It says extended$26.95 ,Also $1.50 was added for shop supplies. This sounds like a rip-off. What does extended mean & what kind of Shop supplies, are refered to? I noticed this after I got home. I wont go there again.I might be old , but I am not stuid.
