The Family Conundrum
Nothing can make running a business more stressful and upsetting than an aggrieved family, as this article from the The Daily Camera warns:
Every entrepreneur is cautioned to examine the question of business ownership with his or her family members before making the decision to embark on this perilous journey.The problem is that none of the family is in a position to answer the question with any clarity since none has the experience to anticipate the potential dangers. Still, the examination with family is a necessary first step to the question of entrepreneurship.
