Targeting empty nesters, singles and other small households, the Helena, Montana, company is marketing half-sized loaves of bread with eight slices and two heels. The half-loaves have also proved popular with low-carb dieters. Wheat Montana Farms next plans to start selling hamburger buns in packages of four instead of eight.”
