    The answer is definitely NO, with lesser taxes to pay, the poor are left with a higher disposable income to spend, and most of the times due to no financial discipline, they end up with more liabilities. They are worse of then what they were before.

    Your answer smacks of the American political left. Average citizens can’t be trusted. Only the elite/government know what to do. If you’re given more freedom you’ll only mess it up. What a positive and uplifting message.

    yes exactly, that would be better.. but sometimes, regulations were need to be imposed coz in that way, we able to recognize our limitations.
