The Unofficial Google Weblog:

Google’s newly published AdWords content policy
spells out, for the first time, the disallowed products and site topics which may not be marketed in Google. Here are a
few:
  • Beer
  • Herbal drugs
  • Fake diplomas
  • Bingo
  • Miracle cures
  • Child pornography (it isn’t clear whether other adult content is permitted)
  • Cigarettes
  • Brass knuckles

    I think you can advertise porn on Google, not that I am such an expert… Porn ads will only appear on the search result, not on other people’s websites running adsense.
