People always say “learn from your mistakes”. Well I much prefer to learn from other people’s mistakes. Watching other people screw things up has kept me out of a lot of trouble in my life.
John Osher has started, and done well with, several companies. He has come up with a list of mistakes that entrepreneurs usually make in startups. If he learned these mistakes and did this well, imagine what you can accomplish if you avoid them.
