If I’m the employer I rather my people stay at home when they are sick because it is fact if you are sick you can’t concentrate to work or think so what’s the purpose being present, as the saying… Present but mentally absent. He/She can file a sick leave by the way so i think its fairly enough both parties.

Being sick is such a big deal in area of work.. If an individual is suffering from it, then he/she must immediately take a proper action for it..
