Best bet is still to work with a local team including a top notch real estate agent (preferably a Realtor ® ) , professional tax manager and other knowledgeable and experienced professionals. Rather than $5,000 for course, try spending $50 to $100 buying legitimate books from reputable sources like the Barron’s Business Keys series.”
