With inexpensive software like MS Publisher, printing from companies like 48hourprint.com, and voicemail from companies such as Accessline Communications (nice COSTCO discount), it really is affordable to establish a professional appearance.

Another thing to remember. Use your real name. Too many people try to hide behind the business name.
Use your name on your website, mailings and anything else you do.
