Yes, it’s usually when the brain is so relaxed and the mind wandering that thoughts finally are given the freedom to break through. I, too, have my shower moments, as well as “mascara moments.” Fortunately, I have glass shower doors so I don’t need crayons - I can just write on the shower doors thru the steam!
