The Borvin Beverage concept is to establish a very limited number of wine wholesale and distribution franchises in order to take advantage of the continued growth in the sale of quality beverages in the United States.
Borvin is dedicated to the continued expansion of its international and domestic product lines. Corporate officials visit and inspect a wide variety of producers throughout the world to ensure continued quality control, research and development, and certification of all Federal approvals. Their global search and procurement throughout the world allows franchisees to purchase quality products at attractive margins. They continuously adds upscale wines from around the world to its portfolio which currently includes wine from France, Germany, Mexico, California and Washington State.
Franchisees will enter into the wholesale wine business with the full operational support and training of Borvin Beverage Franchise Corporation. This support and training is intended to enhance the wine wholesale business. This includes rights to the Borvin Beverage name, products, trademarks, managerial and sales training concepts and financial advice in addition to: comprehensive training on all products carried in the Borvin Inventory; technical and managerial support regarding federal and state regulations pertaining to the sale of alcoholic products and other beverages; business and managerial advice in inventory control, accounting systems, office management and market development and growth; continued expansion of product line; an outstanding franchisee inventory of fine beverages and promotional information; prompt and efficient delivery of all inventory; continued market development of national accounts and chains, government and U.S. military facilities worldwide.
