It is true that delegating is the way to grow as a business. You can’t grow if you are your business. If you get ill or die there is no more business. It dies with you.
I am an antrepreneur since 5 years. I have been a typical non-delegating guy until one year ago when I started delegating sales and marketing (I hate sales and am very bad at it). I am now building a companies and delegating all work I have no experience in and that I hate really. And it works fine due to good reporting systems that are in place. And I am glad that I have found the right people too. Without the right people things can get nasty. But the more free time and more money I know have outweighs the nastiness many times over.
Why work hard when you can have other people (more experienced people) work hard for you? They help you, you hep them. Both of you help the customer. Everybody wins.
