The Tile & grout cleaning is very effective on most tile floors. My problem w/CFI is the way they market. If a person is established in the carpet cleaning business already it’s a way to expand, but to promise people that thet can get into this business totally green is absurd & quite frankly dishonest. I know from experience. Beware of these false promises from these business op salesman!

Steven I picked up my unit this past May and I had no expericance in the industry what so ever. I retired from the Army in Jan 05. This past month I made 15,000+ so to so it’s not absurd or dishonest. I’m aggressive and work on the business everyday. I do have certian issues with CFI now called the Master Touch…lack of support ect…but the bottom line is that I have stayed in touch with couple folks that went thru CFI and we are successful!

Mark, Can you elaborate more on your issues with Master’s Touch? Are they reputable? How lacking is their suppport? Do they do what they claim to do? etc…. Thanks, I am considering do it thorugh Master’s Touch. Should I?

Anyone willing to share the dollar amount of initial invesment for the whole setup?
I manage a ceramic tile distribution center and sell tile all day long. There is definitely tile to be cleaned!
Is the market saturated with competitors? Is there fierce competition within cities among Masters Touch business owners?
What support in the beginning does Masters Touch offer to get you up and running?
Are you on your own with advertising? Any subsidies from the company?

We have one of these CFI units in a trailer for sale. The unit is a 2007 model CFI 3000 and only has 52 hours on it. The trailer is in excellent condition, very clean and the unit comes with 200 ft of hoses, wand, 3 hose reels, yard signs, marketing materials, brochures, postcards, t-shirts, an inline sprayer and chemicals to start up with. The unit costs nearly $50,000 new and I have mine for $16,500. The unit runs like new and we can offer training free to the buyer. A website is available for $200 to switch it over and $25 per month hosting. Pictures are available upon request.
