Chris Sacca, one of Google’s business development guys, has an excellent post about how to present an idea:

  • Email Rules.
  • Thesis Statements.
  • What problem are you solving?
  • Differentiate.
  • Follow-up.
  • Google is Bottom-up.
  • Meetings aren’t always necessary.
  • NDAs aren’t a helpful start.
  • Lead with engineering.
  • PR is a distraction.
  • Threats don’t work.
