Ideas are a dime a dozen. If you have new initiatives being undertaken, and you are not getting the results you need, maybe it is not that the idea was no good. When you open a new seafood restaurant in the neighborhood, and it is not doing well, maybe it is not that there is less interest in getting seafood. Maybe it is your location. Maybe your food. Maybe your marketing. You can get a checklist of what could possibly be wrong from hundreds of books, or thousands of web sites. But maybe it was really a great idea, but just not executed well.
