Eating dessert first also has other benefits. The sugar stimulates your appetite for the main course, and then the savory main course helps remove the sugar from your teeth through the passing of food and extra saliva. :)

    5. Sit at a shopping mall and “people watch?

I am always a fan of this. It amazes me sometimes when I just sit there and watch people walk by what they are wearing, how many different things they are trying to do at once while walking through the mall and so much more. It is definitly a good way to come up with some new ideas!
