For decades, many of us have heard and read about Delaware being the state in which to incorporate your business. In more recent times Nevada became another “hot spot” to incorporate. Millions of new businesses have been incorporated over the last few years, and the question still rages. So I would like to put a down-to-earth light on the matter. When all is said and done, some of you will pursue Delaware or Nevada (not counting those already residing in those states), while others will simply stay at home.

    Each individual state has its own particular requirements, fees, taxes and responsibilities. In addition, each state has different types of corporate structures depending on the type of product or services rendered. In the 50 states in US Delaware is the best to incorporate. Nevada also is not bad.
