I’m a Realtor in Cleveland Ohio. I spend most of my mornings working from home. There’s always something to distract you. It IS hard to stay focused and motivated. Fortunately, I love what I do and it helps me strive to do more. I believe if you don’t really love what you’re doing, it won’t make a difference. Some are better off going into the office, or having a boss demand their presence. I’ve seen other Realtors fail by switching to a home office. I agree with your strategies. If you aren’t disciplined, it’s east to get side tracked.
