I agree with you wholeheartedly Barry! Sales without collections are worthless. Unfortunately, to many business owners are seduced by the need to sell more products or services to anyone without first investigating their background, and second without ensuring they have the proper collection mechanisms in place to collect the amounts due in a timely fashion.

It is amazing the amount of business owners who don’t devote the needed attention to their collections. Time, money & energy are spent on marketing, research and sales – but little to no effort is given to collecting the revenue owed to them.
