eBay Phishing
From the always well written Work At Home Biz Opp Blog:
I got the following phishing message⦠it said this:
Hello,
This is John with the camera. I noticed that you picked up the money, it has been 2 days and I havenât received the package, whatâs next? Are you scamming me ? Please respond ASAP!
However there was no ebay ID for the sender, the supposed âsellerâ? nor was my ebay ID shown there. That was one hint.
Another one is that I know what I bid on at ebay and it wasnât a camera.
Sadly criminals prey on people with consciences since they, themselves, have none.
