    Why is nobody calling out the elephant in the room? Don’t you have enough personal experience with cold
    calling to realize that it’s an insane waste of your time – REGARDLESS of what ‘most people’ do in your industry?

  • Could not agree more, after recently retiring from the mortgage industry; the painful long hours of cold calling was like beating your head against the wall.

  • If you sitting around and waiting for the phone to ring, than cold calling is something to do. Better yet, of course, is to spend your time figuring out how to talk about what you’re selling, find out who needs it, and get in front of them.
