Starscapes owner has cheated me.
I placed order for free samples, online I filled
order form accepting credit card payment
$31 shipping charges for India by airmail.
But unfortunately my credit card showing
me $85 charged.
Also I received bill with free samples
material mentioned charged $31 for
posting fees + insurance.
I sent four e mails requesting refund of
balance amount. But the program owner
is not replying me.
So now I am sure that owner of voyage industries/Starscapes is not a trust worthy
person.
I am finding now it is very unsafe to do
business with such person.
