Net2Auction Wants To Buy Your eBay Drop Off
Net2Auction, Inc. today provided an update on acquisition initiatives to fuel growth of its eBay drop-off location business.
The Company invited potential acquisition candidates to submit RFP’s (request for proposals) to have their eBay drop-off company or chain of eBay drop-off locations acquired by Net2Auction.
Delmar Janovec, Net2Auction President, noted, “Management has begun discussions with several new potential acquisition targets, and has continued discussions with other groups. We plan to aggressively investigate any potential acquisition opportunities that may be presented to us. With rapid organic expansion, as well as acquisition initiatives, we are working to capture a significant portion of the marketplace.”
“The acquisitions we have made to date have provided a significant increase to top-line revenue and have brought more market share of the eBay drop-off location business.”
“By acquiring other companies in our industry, we could achieve several objectives in a few acquisition transactions: our competition would become affiliates or subsidiaries, we would further expand out eBay drop-off locations both on a regional and national level, and we would increase our top-line revenues and profitability.”
