eBay Feedback is Key
Feedback, Dock said, is essentially how to earn a reputation for doing business online.
“The gist is, feedback is what keeps eBay running. Ninety percent of the people you meet will do business fairly and honestly,” Sparano said.
Selling items online was the main focus of the presentation, and both Sparano and Dock highly recommended researching an item before listing it for sale.
They also strongly advocated taking as many photos of the item before posting a usable picture for the necessary gallery photo, and writing a good, clear description of the item.
