There’s nothing wrong with doing tasks that don’t require much thinking if you can recognize them and understand why you are doing them. I have gotten some of my best ideas while doing nothing much. I have also caught myself avoiding a project because it was new to me and I wasn’t sure how to get it started. And I have learned to quickly snap out of procrastination when I catch myself dusting books on a shelf while important work is calling my name.

… to whom it may concern … busy work is just fine for classroom activities and perhaps in some fields of (industrial) employment (or) office activities but (busy work) should never be utilized in the field of (sociology & human sciences) social services; families and children’s lives - the destruction thereof - is nothing to play at (or) with; you are either a problem-solver (or) you are not solving problems - especially if this is suppose to be ones chosen profession - after having acquired the land-grant college/university concept and one is suppose to be qualified to be (or) become a problem-solver in the (lives) of people(s) in a given society (example: a social worker) hope I have interpreted this whole thing correctly; someone will need to get back with me on this please; rsvp please via email; a note of thanks for the acceptance of this my email; sincerely, ms e m garrison … cc:emg/wl
