Seth Godin Talks eBay – Video
Best-selling author and Internet marketing guru Seth Godin shared advice for eBay sellers in an interview currently airing on AuctionBytes.TV. Godin, a renowned speaker and author of such books as “Permission Marketing” and “Purple Cow,” revealed best practices common to successful online merchants.
Godin said eBay sellers can choose to become commodity sellers and get commodity prices, or they can choose to build an audience of people who want to hear from them. Those sellers who choose the latter strategy gain more power, have greater leverage and have more fun, Godin said.
